Subscription Policy

This policy applies to the “Subscribe & Save” option for Gomu Daily — All-in-One Multivitamin Gummies, available for 1 adult (1 pouch per delivery) or 2 adults (2 pouches per delivery).

Price. Subscribing gives you at least 50% off the standard one-time price of your chosen size. The exact subscription price is shown on the product page and at checkout before you order, and is billed every 4 weeks for as long as your subscription is active.

Billing and delivery. Your subscription is billed and shipped automatically every 4 weeks, starting from the date of your first order. Delivery is free worldwide, with orders typically arriving in 5 to 8 business days.

Managing your subscription. You can pause, skip an upcoming delivery or cancel at any time from your account, in a few clicks. Any change you make applies to your next scheduled order; an order already being processed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

No commitment. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no fixed term. You can cancel whenever you like.

Money-back guarantee. Your first order — whether a one-time purchase or your first subscription delivery — is covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund Policy). This guarantee applies to your first order only and does not extend to later recurring deliveries.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK). If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of receiving your first delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
